MUNCIE, Ind. – Meridian Health Services has named Amelia Clark as its new regional vice president for Delaware and Madison counties.

Clark began working with Meridian in 2012 as vice president of community health. During her tenure in the position, she expanded Meridian’s integrated care program to 13 sites in five counties.

“Ms. Clark has been instrumental in leading our integration efforts at Meridian. Given Meridian’s mission in the assimilation of medical, behavioral and social health, we felt it was important to ensure that one executive leader oversee all service lines in order to maximize our integration efforts,” Meridian President and CEO Hank Milius said in a release. “Her new role will complement our organizational structure with our other regional market areas. I’m confident Ms. Clark will find even more opportunities to create additional integration services.”

In her new role, Clark will continue the work she recently started for Meridian’s Maternal Treatment Program and will be active in the community’s plan for addressing addiction and substance abuse treatment.

Clark is a board member of the Indiana Primary Health Care Association.
