Meridian Health Services is a local community health center and true medical home for individuals of all ages in the Rushville area.

Services are provided here by the on-site staff of medical doctors, nurse practitioners and behavioral clinicians.

24 hour call coverage and sliding fee scale eligibility. Medicaid/Medicare and most insurance accepted.
