Convenient Urgent Care
MeridianMD Convenience Care is located inside IU Health Jay in Portland, IN. Meridian’s Convenience Care provides walk-in, primary medical urgent care to patients of all ages, Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
