The Meridian Health Community Response Team offers 24-hour services to communities experiencing psychiatric emergencies, trauma, or showing signs of mental health and substance use disorders. Our Community Response Team or CRT can be contacted for a number of crisis events, for example, an unexpected death caused by a shooting or suicide, or anything members in the community identify as creating a significant stress response.
The Meridian CRT is comprised of certified therapists and can dispatch to the location(s) needing assistance. We support those experiencing emotional or psychiatric vulnerabilities due to the crisis. Our team of professionals will aid in overall behavioral health and wellness, and are available to anyone.
Please call Meridian Health Services at (800) 333-2647 if you need assistance from a Community Response Team Member.
