Alexis Chapman, NP

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Meridian’s McKinnie Street location. This is my first nurse practitioner role, and I am excited to begin my career serving patients in a community‑focused setting.

I earned my master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health and chose Meridian because of its strong commitment to community involvement and accessible care. I entered this field because I enjoy helping people in community settings and supporting mental health where it’s most needed.

My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where patients feel comfortable, supported, and heard.
