We welcome everyone to join us as we host our Back-to-School Fit Fair on Tuesday, July 28th at Southside Middle School.
This event was a unique collaboration with Meridian School-Based Health Clinics and Muncie Community Schools’ registration day to provide a one-stop shop for parents and students to prepare for the new school year!
The FREE Health Fair will include:
- FREE Health Screenings being provided by Meridian Health Services
- Health screenings provided include ADHD, Blood Pressure, Dental, Ear Checks, Flexibility, & Mental Health.
- Community Vendors
- Low-Cost Immunizations being provided by Indiana Immunization Coalition (accepting all insurances)
- Backpack and School Supplies Giveaway (while supplies last)
- FREE Food and Drinks (while supplies last)
- LIVE Remote and Music with WLBC 104.1
$10 Sports Physicals

- Meridian School-Based Health Clinic will offer affordable sports physicals, with no appointment necessary.

Indiana Immunization Coalition will offer low-cost walk-in immunizations and accepts all insurances.
