Meridian Receives Positive Survey Results from the Division of Mental Health and Addictions

MUNCIE, Ind. – Meridian Health Services has been positively recognized for its quality of behavioral health services and assessments by the state of Indiana’s Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA). The survey conducted in January 2023, assessed the full spectrum of Meridian’s behavioral health services processes including human resources, credentialing, training, quality, and medical records.

Meridian Health Services is one of 24 designated Community Mental Health Centers in the state of Indiana. The Division of Mental Health and Addictions sets care standards and provides funding support for Community Mental Health Centers. A complimentary survey by DMHA is a testament to the work Meridian is doing in the communities it serves by helping those in need. The report summarized that the state’s reviewers found the documentation and treatment at Meridian Health Services to be “excellent.”
