Community Invited to Open House Celebrating the New Meridian Home With Hope – Men’s Recovery Facility in Lafayette

Lafayette, Ind. – Meridian Health Services is hosting an open house on Tuesday, May 19 from noon to 2:00 p.m. at the new Meridian Home With Hope – Men’s Recovery Facility located at 1700 Salem Street in Lafayette. The community is invited to learn more about the services offered, tour the facility, and meet Meridian’s dedicated healthcare team.

Greater Lafayette Commerce will conduct a ribbon cutting at the open house at 12:30 p.m. in celebration of the facility’s opening in the community. Lunch and refreshments will be available.

Home With Hope offers the following services:

  • 120-day recovery program in furnished apartments.
  • On-site case management.
  • Life skills and financial planning support.
  • Employment readiness opportunities.
  • Individual and group counseling.
  • Recovery coaching.
  • Structured environment with monitoring.
  • Random drug and alcohol screening.
  • Referral to Meridian’s broad spectrum of services including primary medical care, psychiatry, addictions and recovery services, and more.

Meridian Home With Hope – Men’s Recovery Facility was made possible in part by grant support from North Central Health Services (NCHS). NCHS has a primary responsibility to operate River Bend Hospital, a nonprofit inpatient psychiatric hospital licensed and certified by the Indiana FSSA Division of Mental Health and Addiction. NCHS also is a grantmaking organization providing primarily capital grants to 501(c)(3) organizations that share the NCHS commitment to health and the development of healthy communities in Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren, and White counties.
