Meridian Health Services and Home with Hope Merge to Expand Addictions Services

LAFAYETTE, IND. – Meridian Health Services and Home with Hope in Lafayette are pleased to announce a merger between the two, extending and advancing addiction recovery for men and women along with the addition of a new Maternal Treatment Program in the region.

Meridian has been busy building bridges and creating a continuum of care for people with addictions throughout the state, and specifically in Lafayette. Over the past couple of years, Meridian has fostered a great relationship with Home with Hope, a recovery residence in Lafayette. Home with Hope’s residents participate in a number of services and referrals for those in need of assistance in their facilities – a 25-bed Men’s Recovery Residence, a 24-bed Women’s Recovery Center for women without children and 4 apartments for women with children.

To further this collaboration, Home with Hope is merging with Meridian. This will provide more opportunity for those seeking recovery to be able to stabilize in the Addictions & Recovery Center, transition to a recovery residence upon discharge and continue to work on their recovery through outpatient services. Meridian is actively involved in the merger process, which will be finalized in August, providing further expanded opportunities to continue to serve those seeking recovery, and improve the health of the community!
