As part of our continued efforts to provide our patients with a true “medical home,” we now offer Meridian Health Rx, a pharmacy dedicated to our patients. Meridian Health Rx is designed to enhance your care and help you achieve the best health outcomes.
Our pharmacists play an important role in your care. They review your medications and coordinate with your healthcare provider to help manage your medical needs.

- FREE custom pill packing available. Our pharmacist will package all of your medications into daily dose cups for your convenience and to easily remember daily dosages.
- FREE and convenient prescription delivery by mail or courier to your home (within Indiana, and 50 miles of pharmacy location)
- Personalized co-pay assistance programs to support your needs and cost savings
*FREE Meridian Health Rx couriered medication services offers next level convenience to Meridian patients. Any patient that typically visits a Meridian clinic to receive an injection from our nursing staff can get the medication filled at Meridian Health Rx and couriered to the clinic for the patient’s scheduled appointment. Additionally, Meridian Health Rx can courier medications directly to our patient’s home – within a 50-mile radius of our pharmacy location. For those patients who reside outside the 50-mile radius, mail delivery is available. These services are offered at no charge to our patients.
