Montpelier, Ind. – Meridian Health Services is hosting an open house on Friday, April 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the new MeridianMD – Family Medical Care clinic located at 123 Main Street in Montpelier. The community is invited to learn more about the services offered, tour the newly remodeled space, receive free blood pressure screenings, and meet Meridian’s dedicated healthcare providers.
The Montpelier Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ribbon cutting at the open house at noon in celebration of the clinic’s opening in the community. Light refreshments will be served.
MeridianMD – Family Medical Care will offer a broad spectrum of services for all ages including:
- Treatment of chronic conditions
- Illness visits
- Routine physicals
- Wellness assessments
- Pharmacy services
- Referral to Meridian’s behavioral and social health services including therapy, counseling, addictions & recovery services, and children and family programs
