Mary Ellen Clark, FNP

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Asthma, Allergy and Immunology, and Urgent Care.

I received my BSN from the University of New Mexico in 2002 and my MSN from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2012. I am currently completing my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program at Walden University.

I moved to Indiana in July 2025 after hearing many positive comments about Meridian Health Services. I value patient-centered care and strive to ensure that every patient feels heard and involved in developing a plan of care that best supports their needs. I am committed to serving a community that supports one another and promotes meaningful, compassionate healthcare.
