Dena Seifert, FNP

I am a school based Nurse Practitioner with Meridian Health Services, providing care for students, faculty, and faculty families at Frankfort Senior High School and Western High School. My role allows me to support patients directly in a familiar and supportive school environment.

I bring a broad clinical background, including six years as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, surgical experience as both an RN and NP, and more than 10 years of work in pain management and private outpatient psychiatric practice. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University, my Master of Science from Ball State University, and hold board certification through the AANP.

I chose Meridian because of its commitment to meeting people where they are and providing patient centered care. Becoming a nurse practitioner allowed me to take a more active role in helping people navigate their health with both medical expertise and compassion.

My goal is for patients to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health in a positive and informed way.
