Mellanee Neeley, PMHNP-BC

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Meridian’s Bluffton and Grant County offices. I currently provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals ages six and older.

I have 15 years of healthcare experience, beginning as a nursing assistant and progressing to registered nurse and nurse practitioner. My background includes work in long term care, medical surgical units, ophthalmic surgery, obstetrics, memory care, and substance use treatment. Over the past four years, my focus has been inpatient care for individuals with substance use disorders.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo in 2014 and completed my Master of Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Northern Kentucky University in 2025. I chose Meridian because it offers a strong foundation for practice, opportunities to work with all age groups, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health.

I was drawn to this field through both personal experience and professional work in substance use recovery. Behavioral health is challenging, but deeply rewarding. My goal is for patients to feel respected, supported, and truly heard in a judgment free, ethical, and evidence based environment.
