Lacey Rosinski, FNP-C

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care at Meridian Health Services in Peru. In my role, I deliver comprehensive, patient centered care including preventive services, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, and patient education. I work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support wellness and improve outcomes within the community.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo in 2008 and my Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2018. I chose Meridian because of its strong commitment to supporting both patients and providers and its focus on compassionate, high quality, patient centered care.

I pursued a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner because I am passionate about helping people and building meaningful relationships with patients and families. My goal is for patients to feel heard, respected, and confident in their care, and to leave each visit feeling supported, informed, and comfortable with their care plan.
