Lacey Rosinski

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care at Meridian Health Services in Peru and at the Western School Clinic in Russiaville. I enjoy caring for a wide range of patients and health concerns while building strong relationships within the community. Primary care allows me to combine clinical care with listening and helping patients navigate their next steps.

My nursing background includes experience in orthopedics at Logansport Memorial Hospital, where I also worked as a float nurse across multiple specialties, including ENT, dermatology, pulmonology, and surgical services. I have also worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Ascension Kokomo and Ascension Carmel, as well as in long term care with geriatric and dementia patients.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo and my Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. I chose family practice because I value long term relationships with patients and enjoy helping individuals better understand and manage their health over time.

My goal is for patients to leave feeling comfortable, informed, and truly listened to. I strive to create a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and patients never feel rushed or judged.
