Home with Hope offers a 120-day recovery program where residents live in fully furnished apartments and work closely with on-site Case Managers to build skills for long term success. Residents develop life skills, seek gainful employment, learn financial planning including budgeting and strengthen coping strategies to support their recovery.
We provide:
- Consistent monitoring
- Structured living environment
- Case management
- Group and individual counseling
- Recovery coaching
- Random drug and alcohol screening
- Opportunity to seek employment and work in the community
Further, we require:
- Daily 12-step meeting attendance
- Acquiring a 12-step sponsor and “home group” within their first 30 days of residency
- Daily accountability

Maternal Treatment Program
Meridian offers a variety of addictions and recovery programs including an intensive outpatient program, as well as an outpatient Maternal Treatment Program that provides care and support to pregnant women and mothers struggling with substance use.
