On Monday, we celebrated the opening of our new location in Fort Wayne with an Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The clinic, located on McKinnie Avenue within the Village Premier campus, has been a wonderful collaboration with Meridian Health Services, City of Fort Wayne Government, CME Construction, and House Investments.

We are looking forward to introducing the southeast Fort Wayne community to “whole-person” health with this location offering primary medical care, pediatric care, behavioral health services, and more health services conveniently under one roof!
