Chantel Anderson, NP

I provide care at Meridian through outpatient Behavioral Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Primary Care Services. I bring more than 33 years of experience across primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, behavioral health, and addiction medicine.

I earned my BSN and graduate degrees from Valparaiso University, completing my Family Nurse Practitioner training in 2009 and my Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2020. In response to the significant need for mental health and addiction services in my community, I established a rural Medication Assisted Treatment program and completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2024.

I have dedicated my career to serving underserved populations by providing comprehensive, evidence‑based care. My goal is for patients to feel heard, supported, and hopeful, and to leave each visit feeling safe and confident in their care.
