I am a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care in an environment where every patient feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe healthcare should be built on trust, respect, and genuine compassion.

I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for all individuals and families. I proudly welcome patients from every background, culture, identity, and walk of life because I believe everyone deserves high-quality healthcare delivered with kindness, dignity, and respect.

With nearly two decades of healthcare experience, including almost nine years in critical care and Rapid Response nursing and more than eight years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I combine clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach. I am passionate about partnering with patients and families to promote health, prevent disease, and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care.

Whether I am caring for infants, children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to ensure every patient feels accepted, supported, and cared for as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, practicing yoga, and gardening. I have a special appreciation for native flowers and the important role they play in supporting butterflies, bumblebees, and other pollinators. I also have a deep love for animals and believe that compassion extends beyond medicine. I strive to bring kindness, empathy, and understanding to every aspect of my life.
