Personal Bio
Hello! My name is Lindsey Blanton and I am Family Nurse Practitioner with Meridian Health Services located at 707 West 3rd Street Connersville, Indiana. I provide primary care and see patients of all ages. I am accepting new patients!
I have been in nursing for almost two decades! I have had the opportunity to work in acute care on a busy medical, surgical, and pediatric unit, long-term care, and outpatient cardiology, as well as an educator for bachelor degree seeking nurses!
I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Education as well as a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner.
I wanted to become a provider for Meridian Health Services because my mission is service to others and to provide whole-person care, which aligns perfectly!
I chose to get into nursing for my love to help others. I have always felt a calling for service to others. Nursing was a natural fit for me as it allowed me to help people in their most vulnerable times of need. As I have progressed in my career, I have wanted to continue to grow and learn to provide the best possible care. This led me to continue my nursing journey and education from the bedside as an acute care nurse, to the classroom, and now the office as a provider!
When a patient is finished visiting with me, I hope they feel like they were heard. We all have our own story, and no two stories are alike. I hope they leave knowing that their individualized care is important to me.
