Individuals work with trained professionals who become the helpers, service brokers and advocates to help families and clients navigate the system to meet their needs and receive appropriate services. Case Management Services also are extended to persons who are homeless or about to be homeless and are mentally ill. These occur through the Homeless Project and Drop-In Center.
