Meridian Health Services Selects New Vice President of the Northwest Region, Jeffrey Zeh

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Meridian Health Services has selected Jeffrey Zeh as Vice President of the Northwest Region effective Monday, January 29. In this role, Zeh will oversee Meridian Health Services in Lafayette and River Bend Hospital.

Zeh joins Meridian Health Services with 30 years of experience in healthcare administration having worked for health systems including The Cleveland Clinic Health System, Ascension Health, Logansport Memorial Hospital, Franciscan Alliance, Navion Healthcare Solutions, and IU Health.

Most recently, Zeh served as Chief Operating Officer at IU Health West Central Region overseeing IU Health Arnett, IU Health White Memorial Hospital in Monticello, and IU Health Frankfort Hospital. In this role, he was responsible for ancillary and support services across the region.

“Jeff has a vast knowledge of healthcare systems and management that will be great assets for Meridian and our patients,” shared Seth Warren, President and CEO of Meridian Health Services. “We are eager for him to join us in this role and to watch as he continues to improve patient experience and care in the Lafayette area.”

Stephanie Long, CEO of North Central Health Services, shared:

“Jeffrey Zeh’s extensive background in healthcare administration and his proven leadership abilities make him an invaluable addition to our team. His deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare systems and his commitment to excellence in patient care align perfectly with our mission at River Bend Hospital. His expertise will undoubtedly enhance our capabilities and help us continue to provide the highest quality mental health care to our community.”

Jeffrey Zeh will replace Brian Donley, who is retiring after 17 years with the organization. Donley joined Meridian Health Services in 2006 when Meridian was still a community mental health center with 200 employees and just beginning its own inpatient program. Today, Meridian is one of the state’s leading providers of integrated health services.

Under Donley’s leadership, Meridian’s footprint in the Northwest Region of Indiana was established and quickly expanded to offer more services to more patients. Programs and services provided in the area include a broad spectrum of Addictions and Recovery programs including Intensive Outpatient and Aftercare Addiction Services; Addictions and Recovery Center (ARC) providing residential treatment; Maternal Treatment Program (MTP) an outpatient program that provides care to mothers with substance use disorder and their newborn dependent on substances; Women’s Recovery Home offering a safe treatment “home” for women struggling with substance use disorder and seeking recovery; and Home with Hope which helps patients learn how to live their lives free from addictions and substance use. Additional services include behavioral, mental, and psychiatric health services with access to Meridian’s primary medical care services via telehealth services.
