MUNCIE, IN — Meridian Health Services will host a Back-to-School Fit Fair on Wednesday, July 23, at Southside Middle School, 1601 E. 26th St.
Hours for the event will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This event is in conjunction with Muncie Community Schools’ registration day, according to a news release. The community and people of all ages are invited.
The event will feature:
- Health screenings provided by Meridian Health Services. (Screenings include ADHD, blood pressure, dental, ear checks, flexibility and mental health.)
- Food and drinks (while supplies last)
- Backpack and school supplies giveaway (first 300 people)
- Community vendors
- Activities and inflatable games
The Meridian School-Based Health Clinic at Southside Middle School will offer $10 sports physicals. No appointments are necessary. Students from all schools are welcome.
