Richmond, Ind. – Meridian Health Services will host an open house on Tuesday, October 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the clinic located at 2300 Chester Boulevard in Richmond. The open house is a Care Connections event designed to re-introduce Meridian’s integrated healthcare team to the community.
The event will feature tours of the clinic, meet and greet with staff and providers, as well as free blood pressure checks. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
