Meridian’s Back-to-School Fit Fair is a collaboration with Meridian School-Based Health Clinics and local schools’ registration days to provide a one-stop shop for all parents and students need to prepare for the new school year.

Meridian Health Services sees daily the greater need for physical and mental health services in our community, especially among our youth. Meridian is committed to removing barriers to care with affordable and convenient integrated health services. One way we do this is through our School-Based Health Clinics. This healthcare model meets children and families where they spend a majority of their time – at school. Hosting this event at the school in conjunction with their registration day makes it more convenient and easier for parents and students to get the care and resources they need.
Affordable Sports Physicals
- Meridian School-Based Health Clinic will be offering $10 sports physicals, with no appointment necessary.
