Thank you to everyone in the community who joined us as we hosted our Back-to-School Fit Fair on Friday, July 24th at Richmond High School!
This one-stop shop event provided everything students and families needed to get ready for a NEW school year and offers FUN, convenient, healthy-living opportunities. There was something for everyone!
The FREE Health Fair Included:
- Free Health Screenings being provided by Meridian Health Services
- Health screenings provided include Blood Pressure, Vision, BMI, Pulse Oxygen, & Mental Health.
- Free Dental Screenings & Cleanings provided by Meridian Health Services
- Low-Cost Immunizations being provided by Wayne County Health Department
- Backpacks & School Supplies Giveaway
- Free Food & Drink
- Live Remote and Music provided by G101.3
$10 Sports Physicals
Meridian School-Based Health Clinic offered $10 sports physicals, with no appointment necessary.
Low-Cost Immunizations
Wayne County Health Department offered low-cost walk-in immunizations
School Registration
This event was conveniently located at Richmond High School during Richmond Community Schools’ registration day. We offered a one-stop shop for a fun way to prepare for the upcoming school year.
