For participating in Flu-Lapalooza on October 3 and being proactive in community wellness!

Our annual FREE One-Day Flu Shot event was a big success! Flu-Lapalooza is part of Meridian’s mission in helping make our communities healthy and strong. It provides the opportunity for anyone 6 months and older to receive a FREE flu vaccine.

Taking place in 17 Meridian facilities and schools within 15 communities, we provided over 1000 FREE flu shots across Indiana helping protect individuals as we enter the flu season.

As flu season approaches, we aim to keep people of all ages healthy. Flu-Lapalooza provided a way for people to be proactive with their health care by getting seasonal flu shots to help diminish the impact the flu may cause. Shots were FREE to those ages 6 months and older. The flu vaccine provided is Fluairx – this is a normal dose vaccine.

Additionally participants were entered to win a $50 grocery gift card given away at each location!
