THANK YOU to our co-event host Muncie Southside Middle School, all attendees, and businesses that supported us in our efforts to keep students healthy and strong! We partnered with Southside Middle School through our school-based health clinic and provided nearly 400 health screenings and sports physicals to our community, while also increasing participation of school registration for students.
The FREE Health Fair included:

- Multiple sports clinics were hosted by Muncie Central High School athletes including:

Affordable Sports Physicals
- Meridian School-Based Health Clinic at Southside Middle School offered $10 sports physicals, with no appointment necessary.
