Montpelier, Ind. – Meridian Health Services will open a new family medical care clinic on February 9. MeridianMD – Family Medical Care is located at 123 Main Street in Montpelier and will provide primary medical care for all ages.
Meridian Health Services is a progressive healthcare organization specializing in “whole-person” health integrating physical, mental, and social health. Meridian has over 80 facilities across the state of Indiana and has been serving this area for 50 years.
MeridianMD – Family Medical Care will offer a broad spectrum of services for all ages including:
– Treatment of chronic conditions
– Illness visits
– Routine physicals
– Wellness assessments
– Referral to Meridian’s behavioral and social health services including therapy, counseling, addictions & recovery services, and children and family programs
